WedTrack ("we", "our", "us") is a wedding timeline management app. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and authentication provider (email, Apple, or Google). If you use social login, we receive only your name and email — never your password.
Wedding Data: Event names, times, locations, categories, vendor contacts, and other timeline information you enter or import.
Device Information: Device platform (iOS/Android), push notification tokens, and a device identifier for delivering notifications.
Usage Data: Anonymous analytics events (e.g., feature usage, app launches) to improve the product. These are associated with a session ID, not your personal identity.
When you import a timeline (text, PDF, or photo), the content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for parsing. This data is used solely to extract event information and is not stored by Anthropic for training purposes.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the app (Settings > Account > Delete Account), which permanently removes all your data including weddings, events, devices, and subscription records.

WedTrack is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
