WedTrack is operated by Justin Roth, a sole proprietor doing business as WedTrack ("WedTrack", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using WedTrack, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
These Terms cover the WedTrack iOS app and its Apple Watch companion, the web app at app.wedtrack.app, this website, and any read-only timeline links we generate.
You must be at least 13 years old to use WedTrack. If you use it on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
WedTrack helps wedding vendors, coordinators, and couples import, organize, track, and share wedding day timelines. It includes AI-assisted parsing of pasted text, documents, and photos; live event tracking with push notifications and lock-screen Live Activities; collaborator and share-link access; and export to ICS and CSV.
You may sign in with an email address and password, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Contact us at support@wedtrack.app if you suspect unauthorized access. You may delete your account at any time under Settings > Account > Delete Account.
WedTrack offers a free tier and a paid "WedTrack Pro" subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we cannot issue them directly. If WedTrack is ever distributed through Google Play, purchases made there are governed by Google Play's terms instead.
We may change prices or what is included in each tier. A price change will not apply to a period you have already paid for, and we will give notice as required by the App Store.
You keep ownership of everything you put into WedTrack — timelines, events, notes, contacts, and documents ("Your Content").
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, transmit, process, and display Your Content solely in order to operate and improve the service for you: rendering your timeline, parsing your imports with AI, showing it to the collaborators and share-link viewers you authorize, and generating your exports. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies held in routine backups.
Your Content will usually contain other people's personal information — couples, vendors, staff, and participants. You represent that you have the right to provide that information to us, and you agree to handle it lawfully. As between you and WedTrack, you are responsible for that information; we process it on your behalf.
WedTrack uses AI to read timelines and documents. AI parsing is a convenience, not a guarantee. It can misread times, drop events, invent details, or misinterpret formatting. You are responsible for reviewing every imported timeline before relying on it. WedTrack flags events it is uncertain about for manual review, but it will not catch every error.
WedTrack is a planning and coordination tool. Do not rely on it as your only copy of critical wedding information. Notifications, Live Activities, and background updates depend on your device, operating system, and network connection, and may be delayed or fail to arrive. Always keep an independent copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
You agree not to:
Read-only share links are long, unguessable URLs and can optionally be protected with a 4-digit PIN. A 4-digit PIN is a deterrent, not strong security. Anyone with the link, and the PIN if you set one, can view that timeline. You are responsible for who you send links to, and you can disable sharing at any time.
WedTrack depends on services operated by Apple, Google, Cloudflare, Neon, Anthropic, PostHog, RevenueCat, Resend, and Open-Meteo. Their availability is not under our control, and their outages may affect the service.
The WedTrack name, logo, software, and design are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose. Your Content remains yours.
WedTrack is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI parsing will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WedTrack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, missed events, or business interruption arising out of or relating to your use of the service — even if we have been advised of the possibility.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) fifty US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WedTrack from any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of Your Content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your handling of other people's personal information.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we are required to by law. You may stop using WedTrack and delete your account at any time. Sections 6, 7, 14, 15, 16, 18, and 19 survive termination.
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.
First, contact us at support@wedtrack.app. Most issues are resolved informally. If we cannot resolve a dispute within 30 days, you and WedTrack agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of TODO_STATE, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to Section 18, the state and federal courts located in TODO_STATE have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to arbitration.
The Apple Standard EULA also applies to your use of the iOS app. These Terms are between you and WedTrack, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for WedTrack and is not responsible for any product claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
We may modify these Terms. We will announce material changes in the app or by email, and the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
