Agreement

By using WedTrack ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

WedTrack is a wedding timeline management application that allows users to import, organize, and share wedding event schedules. The app includes AI-powered timeline parsing, live event tracking, push notifications, and collaborative sharing features.

Accounts

You may create an account using email/password, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

Subscriptions

WedTrack offers a free tier and a paid "WedTrack Pro" subscription.

Title: WedTrack Pro
Length: Monthly or annual (as displayed at time of purchase)
Price: As displayed in the App Store at time of purchase
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Upload malicious content or content that infringes on others' rights

Intellectual Property

WedTrack and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WedTrack and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Your wedding data remains yours.

Limitation of Liability

WedTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed events, data loss, or service interruptions. WedTrack is a planning tool — always have backup copies of critical wedding information.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. The Apple Standard EULA also applies to your use of the app.
